Original creative work
Use Earto to create and edit original 3D models, textures, player skins and pixel art using material you have the right to use. Earto is independent software built on third-party AI models. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Mojang or Microsoft. Review generated files and compatibility before use.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not generate, edit, upload or publish NSFW, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content; sexual content involving minors; exploitative, hateful or graphically abusive content; real-person face swaps, deepfakes or non-consensual likenesses; illegal harmful instructions; or content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights. Do not attempt to bypass safety checks or disguise prohibited requests in prompts, references, geometry, textures, skins or pixel art.
Safety screening before generation
User prompts, annotation comments and additional instructions are screened through the Creem Moderation API before new AI work. Only an allow decision permits generation. Deny, flag, failed or invalid checks block generation. No charge is made for an AI call that was not executed; earlier confirmed work remains charged. Text screening does not guarantee that every unsafe image or result is detected.
Reports and enforcement
Report prohibited content or rights concerns to contact@earto.app with the relevant model URL and an explanation. Do not send passwords or payment credentials. We may restrict generation or publication while investigating and remove policy-violating public content, subject to applicable law and existing lawful acquisition rights.
