Terms of service

1. Provider and scope

Earto is an AI-assisted 3D model creation, editing and library service operated by 욱스데브(dev), a South Korean sole proprietor represented by 유정욱. Business registration: 292-09-02745. Online sales registration: 2024-서울노원-1238. The business address and contact details appear below and on the support page.

These terms apply to the website, accounts, Studio and Store. Purchases through Paddle also follow the Paddle buyer terms and refund policy shown at checkout. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Studio access currently requires an invitation and an age of at least 19. Use a Google account you are entitled to access and protect its credentials. Report account compromise to support.

Public browsing and Studio permissions differ. Signing in does not automatically grant creation access or free credits.

3. Inputs and AI results

Submit only material you have the right to use and transmit. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, likeness or privacy rights, use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or bypass authentication or usage limits.

AI can make mistakes or generate similar results for different users. Earto does not universally guarantee accuracy, exclusivity or copyright protection. Check models, textures and file compatibility before installation. Support and refund remedies remain available for defects or a service that differs from its description.

The privacy policy explains external AI processing and possible model-improvement use. Do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, trade secrets or material you lack permission to provide.

4. Credits and payments

Approved prices and credit amounts are on the pricing page. Packs include tax and do not renew automatically. Credits are account-bound service usage units, not a means of transfer or cash trading between users.

Creation and editing credits are deducted from confirmed usage. Ongoing jobs may reserve credits, and resuming a paused job may incur further usage. If payment confirmation is delayed, check the existing order or contact support before paying again.

Price changes are disclosed before new purchases and do not retroactively change credits or licences already purchased. Development or test grants are recorded separately and do not represent paid purchases.

5. Publication and model licences

Publication applies only to a version you explicitly select. The public name, model, textures and related previews are shared. Private conversations, reference images and account email are not part of Store previews.

The current publication notice lets users acquire models within the free allowance and use them commercially. Lawfully acquired versions remain available for redownload after unpublication or deletion of the original project. Unpublication stops new acquisitions; it cannot retrieve files already downloaded elsewhere.

Additional paid licences are in preparation. Revenue belongs to Earto with no separate contributor payouts. Before paid distribution begins, Earto will explain the required contributor permission and apply it only to models accepted under those conditions. Publishing these terms does not expand older free permissions into paid distribution rights.

Publishing or acquiring a model does not authorize infringement of another person's rights. Earto may restrict publication or distribution while investigating a rights complaint.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Refunds follow the refund policy and applicable law. Credits corresponding to an approved top-up refund are removed. An insufficient balance caused by prior usage does not itself remove a statutory refund right.

Cancellation and file-use conditions for paid Store licences will be disclosed before those licences go on sale.

7. Restrictions, changes and closure

Earto may restrict functions as necessary for unlawful use, rights infringement, security threats or material violations. Where possible, we explain the reason and how to contact us; urgent legal or security action may precede notice.

Changes to the service or terms will be announced with their effective date. Material changes to user rights receive advance notice and any consent required by law. If the service closes, we will explain applicable download and refund arrangements.

Earto is not an official Minecraft service and is not approved by, affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.
