Terms of service

1. Provider and scope

Earto is an AI-assisted 3D model creation, editing and library service operated by 욱스데브(dev), a South Korean sole proprietor represented by 유정욱. Business registration: 292-09-02745. Online sales registration: 2024-서울노원-1238. The business address and contact details appear below and on the support page.

Verified accounts aged 19 or older can buy credits through Groble in Korea or Dodo Payments outside Korea. Payment-provider country restrictions apply.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Studio is available to all verified accounts aged 19 or older. Sign in with a Google or email account you are entitled to access and protect its credentials. Report account compromise to support.

Signing in does not grant free credits. Creating or editing models requires an available credit balance; charges reflect confirmed AI usage.

3. Inputs and AI results

Submit only material you have the right to use and transmit. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, likeness or privacy rights, use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or bypass authentication or usage limits.

AI can make mistakes or generate similar results for different users. Earto does not universally guarantee accuracy, exclusivity or copyright protection. Check models, textures and file compatibility before installation. Support and refund remedies remain available for defects or a service that differs from its description.

The privacy policy explains external AI processing and possible model-improvement use. Do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, trade secrets or material you lack permission to provide.

Do not generate, edit, upload or publish NSFW, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content; sexual content involving minors; exploitative, hateful or graphically abusive content; real-person face swaps, deepfakes or non-consensual likenesses; illegal harmful instructions; or content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights. Do not attempt to bypass safety checks or disguise prohibited requests in prompts, references, geometry, textures, skins or pixel art.

4. Credits and payments

Approved prices and credit amounts are on the pricing page. Packs include tax and do not renew automatically. Credits are account-bound service usage units, not a means of transfer or cash trading between users.

Creation and editing credits are deducted from confirmed usage. Ongoing jobs may reserve credits, and resuming a paused job may incur further usage. If payment confirmation is delayed, check the existing order or contact support before paying again.

Price changes are disclosed before new purchases and do not retroactively change credits or licences already purchased. Development or test grants are recorded separately and do not represent paid purchases.

5. Publication and model licences

Publication applies only to a version you explicitly select. The public name, model, textures and related previews are shared. Private conversations, reference images and account email are not part of Store previews.

The current publication notice lets users acquire models within the free allowance and use them commercially. Lawfully acquired versions remain available for redownload after unpublication or deletion of the original project. Unpublication stops new acquisitions; it cannot retrieve files already downloaded elsewhere.

Published models are distributed through free licences under these terms and may later be sold through paid licences, subscriptions or other paid access products. Prices and conditions will be announced before sale. Additional paid licences are not on sale yet. Standard player skins are always free and do not consume the new-model download allowance.

By publishing a model, you confirm that you hold the required rights or valid permission and grant Earto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, convert formats, display and distribute the published version and its textures through free or paid licences, and to let recipients modify and use them commercially. Earto handles sales, customer support and refunds. Private revisions, conversations and reference images are excluded.

The contributor retains their existing rights. All sales revenue belongs to Earto. Creator payouts, revenue sharing and royalty-payment services are not provided now or in the future.

Unpublishing stops new acquisitions and distribution. Existing recipients retain their lawfully acquired versions, commercial-use permission and redownload rights after unpublication or project deletion. Permission covers only versions you choose to publish and does not automatically extend to private revisions.

Publishing or acquiring a model does not authorize infringement of another person's rights. Earto may restrict publication or distribution while investigating a rights complaint.

An invite reward is granted once to one inviter when an account created after the program starts selects an invite link or code before joining and completes verified registration within 24 hours of account creation. Self-referrals, existing-account sign-ins and re-registration with the same email are excluded. Each eligible referral adds one new-model licence to the inviter’s rolling 24-hour free allowance. Rewards may be revoked with a recorded reason if abusive registration is confirmed; already acquired licences and redownload rights are retained. Rewards do not grant credits, cash or AI creation access. Joining through an invite adds 2 to your allowance after email verification.

Models imported from the converter must be ones you made or have the right to edit and use. Imported models, and versions or copied projects based on them, cannot be published to the Store or offered for distribution and remain private.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Refunds follow the refund policy and applicable law. Credits corresponding to an approved top-up refund are removed. An insufficient balance caused by prior usage does not itself remove a statutory refund right.

Cancellation and file-use conditions for paid Store licences will be disclosed before those licences go on sale.

7. Restrictions, changes and closure

Earto may restrict functions as necessary for unlawful use, rights infringement, security threats or material violations. Where possible, we explain the reason and how to contact us; urgent legal or security action may precede notice.

Changes to the service or terms will be announced with their effective date. Material changes to user rights receive advance notice and any consent required by law. If the service closes, we will explain applicable download and refund arrangements.

If Earto closes, we will announce the closure schedule and refund procedure in advance. Unused paid credits remaining on the closure date will be refunded based on the actual price paid for that purchase and the unused quantity, to the original payment method where possible. Free, promotional and test credits are distinguished from paid purchases. Provider procedures and expected timing will be explained when you apply, without limiting statutory consumer rights.

8. Contact and disputes

For account deletion, payments, model rights or other support, contact contact@earto.app. Personal-data requests follow the privacy policy. Mandatory rules on applicable law, dispute resolution and consumer jurisdiction remain unaffected.

Earto is not an official Minecraft service and is not approved by, affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.
