Refund policy

1. South Korean consumers

Under Paddle's refund policy, South Korean consumers have an unconditional right to request cancellation and a full refund of a digital-content or service transaction within seven days of the transaction. Prior credit usage alone does not remove this right.

Other local consumer rights, defects, description mismatches and duplicate payments are handled under applicable law and Paddle's policy. Requests after seven days are not all automatically approved.

2. How to request a refund

• Use the support link on your receipt or look up your purchase at paddle.net.
• You may also email Earto support with the purchase email, order or transaction reference, payment date and request details.
• Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or original identity documents. Use Paddle's secure process for sensitive payment information.

3. How refunds affect your account

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on Paddle and the payment provider; we do not guarantee an unconfirmed processing date.

Credits corresponding to the refunded top-up are removed. Prior usage can leave an insufficient balance, but Earto does not require a separate top-up merely to exercise a statutory refund right.

Partial refunds and reversed refunds are reflected according to the amounts confirmed by Paddle. Contact support with the transaction reference if your balance does not match the result.

4. Payment errors and Store licences

If a successful payment has not added credits, wait for confirmation or contact support instead of paying again. Duplicate payments are reviewed by transaction.

Additional paid model licences are not on sale yet. Their cancellation, downloaded-file use and redownload conditions will be explained before launch. This notice does not revoke models already acquired under the free allowance.
