Downloading and using BBModel files
Editing in Blockbench
BBModel is a Blockbench project containing a model’s cubes, UVs and textures. Acquire a store model, download its BBModel file and open it in Blockbench to edit its geometry and textures. Earto currently creates static models without rigging or animation.
BlockbenchChoosing an export format
- BBModel
- Continue editing in Blockbench.
- GLB
- A single 3D file containing the model and textures.
- OBJ · MTL · PNG
- A model, material and texture bundle for tools such as Blender.
- PNG
- Download the original texture atlas separately.
Minecraft Java and Nexo installation
Compatible models can be exported as Minecraft Java resource packs or Nexo installation ZIPs. Current targets are 1.21.4 and 1.21.11 for props and headwear. Rotation and size limits mean installation exports are unavailable for some models. Back accessories include BBModel and a fit preview, and require a separate attachment engine integration.
Game-use previews run in the browser. Check the result in your own server and plugin environment before use.
Store download allowance
After Google sign-in, you can acquire 2 new models free in a rolling 24-hour window. Accounts with an eligible self-generated public model receive 3. Redownloading acquired models in another format does not use the allowance. Acquired versions remain in My downloads if the creator later unpublishes them. Public models allow commercial use.
